How to return
Contact us
Email info@puroxperformance.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
Send it back
Pack the unopened product safely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
Get refunded
As soon as we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days.
Conditions
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened tubs and tubs with a broken safety seal cannot be returned. Any product that has been opened or used is non-returnable, no exceptions. Returns are only accepted on products that are still fully sealed, unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case PUROX pays.
This does not affect your statutory rights. For faulty products you are always entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under EU consumer law.
